The house is a typical Provence house, semi-detached, which was recently renovated. It is a one-storey building with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The size is 100 sqm. on a lot of 600 sqm. The house will accommodate max. 5 persons. The facilities include washing machine, dish washing machine, microwave, fridge, small freezer and television (French stations). Parking on the grounds.

Beaches: Distance to the nearest beach is 5 km (3 miles). The beaches are sand-beaches and children-friendly with excellent possibilities for snorkling.
Shopping: Local shopping in the village, 500 m (0.3 miles), and big shopping centres are nearby, reachable by car in 10 minutes. The village is very peaceful with local population, two weekly markets days and very little tourism.
Evening life: Can be found close by in neighboring picturesque Sanary-sur-Mer with beaches, many restaurants and lively evening life.
Sight-seeing: The area has beautiful national parks and wine-tasting is a must on the many Chateaux's in the nearby Bandol wine area. Places to visit are for instance Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Les Calanques (fjords) close to Marseille, Avignon, St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco.
The house is situated 6 km (4 miles) west of Toulon, 58 km (36 miles) east of Marseille and 5 km (3 miles) from the Mediterranean Sea in the village of Ollioules.
